During the experience itself he made sure everyone had the same amount of attention and time to address the reason why the experience was booked, and by having other people there and listening to Stephen advice to them I was able to learn even more. The time flew and before we knew it, it was over. I will certainly book again, and encourage everyone to do the same because Stephen's passion to cats and their behavior is something rare to find.
